Wow. Honestly, I don't think that I've ever seen a submission having a perfect "0.00" being still alive. That's new.
Now, talking about the situation in hand, don't get me wrong, but I would have decided to contact via PM with Tom and talk to him about this directly. It would be quicker, more effective, and less... 'messy' than this.
